As the son of a Real Estate Developer, John Drew attended The Ohio State University with a focus on Consumer Science and Real Estate and shortly thereafter began his career in Real Estate in the heart of New York City as a top leasing agent. His passion for the industry continued as he then transitioned into Sales and Management with the high powered Resort Developer, Wyndham Worldwide. For several years his areas of expertise included Myrtle Beach, SC, Las Vegas and San Francisco. In 2008, John’s career led him to Denver where he joined Marcus and Millichap, the largest commercial Real Estate Investment firm in the United States. After a successful two years, he transitioned to the Summit Group, Inc., a Commercial Real Estate Advisory Group, where he specialized in the investment and leasing of commercial holdings. In 2012, he was able to combine his previous Residential background with his Commercial advisory experience as he partnered with Equity Colorado, where he was named a Power Professional for sales. With a full focus on his expansive client base, John spent 5 years at local boutique firm Madison and Company Properties, before transitioning to Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in the Cherry Creek area of Denver for 3 years, earning recognition as a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. In 2024, John expanded his services to include his home state of South Carolina and joined REAL. Citing REAL’s agent-centric approach and continuous local and national growth as to what attracted him to the company.
